We were nervous about our daughter moving to Atlanta when we reached out to her with questions about the area. Even though I lived in a different state, Jeanne was adamant about keeping me posted on the process of the selling of my home. There were different processes and procedures that needed attention and Jeanne was able to reiterate the necessary information required of me and she reassured me that my presence of not necessary and she would take care of everything which indeed she did beyond the call of duty. She would meet us at any home. Example, she would drop what she was doing if we messaged her at 2:00 pm with a new home to see and would meet us there by 6:00! I would highly recommend her and our kids absolutely adored her! Fantastic job getting us in our dream home! Highly recommended!

!! I had a 3 homes to sell in one in Grant Park, one in Peoplestown and one in Chosewood Park. Jeanne aggressively marketed the homes by holding open houses, door knocking and working with local agents to keep my listing at the top of everyone's mind (2 went under contract day 1). Jeanne worked with the appraisers handing them comps to make sure there is no confusion on any pricing. She also kept the buyers agent from asking for too many stupid unnecessary repairs during due diligence.. We closed with TWO of the highest price per square foot in the area. She was absolutely great!!! I can't wait to see what she does as a buyer's agent.....
